The Phases of the Program

Phase 1 - Learn
Weeks 1-3

 

Reclaim clarity, confidence, and capability

Week 1 — Reclaim Your Narrative

 

Theme: You are not starting over. You are starting informed.

Focus:

  • Identity beyond job titles

  • Reframing career “gaps,” pivots, and disruptions

  • Moving from reaction to intention

Outcomes:

  • Personal career narrative (past → present → future)

  • Confidence reset

Week 2 — Strengths, Values & Energy Mapping

 

Theme: Alignment before action.

Focus:

  • Strengths, transferable skills, lived experience

  • Values-led decision making

  • Non-negotiables for next role/chapter

Week 3 — Learning the New Rules of Work

 

Theme: The workplace has changed. You must too.

Focus:

  • How AI, automation, and flexible work are reshaping careers

  • Where women gain leverage (and where bias still exists)

  • Skills that compound

Outcomes:

  • “Future Skills Stack” for each participant

  • Confidence using AI as a career ally

Phase 2 - Innovate
Weeks 4-6

 

Design new possibilities instead of defaulting to old ones

Week 4 — Career Options Design

 

Theme: There is more than one right next move.

Focus:

  • Portfolio careers, fractional roles, consulting, leadership tracks

  • Permission to experiment

  • Letting go of linear thinking

Outcomes:

  • 3 viable career pathways

  • Reduced fear around “choosing wrong”

Week 5 — Personal Brand & Positioning

 

Theme: If you don’t define your value, others will mislabel it.

Focus:

  • Authentic personal branding (not self-promotion)

  • Translating experience into market value

  • LinkedIn, CV, and narrative alignment

Outcomes:

  • Clear positioning statement

  • Confidence speaking about achievements without shrinking

Week 6 — Visibility, Voice & Influence

 

Theme: You don’t need permission to be seen.

Focus:

  • Overcoming invisibility and imposter syndrome

  • Speaking with authority in interviews, rooms, and negotiations

  • Strategic visibility (not hustle)

Outcomes:

  • Visibility plan aligned to energy and goals

  • Stronger executive presence

Week 8 — Confident Transitions & Negotiation

  • Salary, scope, flexibility, boundaries

  • Gendered negotiation gaps

  • Language for difficult conversations

Week 9—Resilience, Rejection & Momentum

 

Theme: Setbacks are data, not verdicts.

  • Handling rejection without self-doubt

  • Staying grounded during uncertainty

Week 11 — Leadership Identity (With or Without the Title)

 

Theme: Leadership is how you show up.

  • Authority, influence, and self-trust

Week 12 — Integration, Commitment & Celebration
